At Her's by Bakhoobi, every chudiya set and kada is handcrafted with care and ships directly to you. Because of the artisanal and intimate nature of our products, we have a limited return window. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
- The product arrived damaged in transit (please share unboxing video/photos as proof).
- The product has a manufacturing defect — a defect that is not a natural result of the handcrafted process.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or pattern due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
- Incorrect size selected at the time of order. Please refer to our size guide before ordering.
- Products that have been worn, used, altered, or show signs of mishandling.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Change of mind or impulse purchases.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at hello@hers.bakhoobi.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video showing the problem.
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will arrange a free pickup or reimburse the return shipping cost.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for safe return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
- Products must be packed securely in the original packaging to prevent transit damage.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for size-related issues on select products, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please email us to check availability before sending your product back.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to offer a store credit instead of a monetary refund at our discretion.
8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email us immediately at hello@hers.bakhoobi.in with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
